Первая и Главная задача которую д о л ж н ы решать все ответственные лидеры США и РФ – недопущение ядерного военного конфликта между США и РФ. Недопущение ядерного военного конфликта положено в основу военной политики Российской Федерации. The non-admission of a nuclear military conflict is the basis of the military policy of the Russian Federation. Это отражено в статье 20 Военной доктрины РФ от 26 декабря 2014 года. Все руководители органов власти и военного управления РФ обязаны оказывать содействие в реализации мер недопущения ядерного военного конфликта между США и РФ.
