SYMPTOMS
========

When you are playing a game on Zone.com, you may receive one of the following
error messages:

    - Your connection to the Zone game server has been closed. Exiting.

    - Connection to Zone server has been terminated.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur for any of the following reasons:

 - Your modem or Internet connection settings are configured to automatically
   disconnect you from the Internet.

 - You are not signed in to MSN Gaming Zone.

 - You are experiencing high Internet latency.

 - You are connecting to the Zone through a proxy server.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are
presented. If the issue continues to occur, proceed to the next method.

Check Your Modem and Internet Connection Settings
-------------------------------------------------

Verify that your modem or Internet connection settings are not configured to
automatically disconnect your computer from the Internet if your connection is
idle for a certain length of time.
