RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Visual FoxPro for Windows 7.0. This problem occurs in any non-English language that has its own localized run-time files. 1. Configure the German locale on your computer. Make sure that this is the default locale for the operating system. 2.
