Welcome to the ActiveMovie Video Renderer smoke tests!

YOU NEED TO HAVE ActiveMovie 1 or 2 (now called
DirectShow) INSTALLED to run the tests.
ActiveMovie 1 comes in OSR2 and DirectShow comes in IE4.

About Install.bat:
==================
You have just copied about 27 MB worth of test and data files to
c:\qtzvtst :-).  You can just delete this when done with the test.  

About this test:
================
This test is designed to find obvious playback problems or 
crashes on specific display drivers when playing the major data types 
supported by ActiveMovie.  The current test is not designed to report 
pass/fail, but if you watch the movies play, you might observe obvious
'drawing outside the window' type bugs or hit GPFs.  

The test simply plays AVI, MOV, MPG, and ASF file types windowed with 
the ActiveMovie video renderer and fullscreen using the ActiveMovie 
ModeX renderer.

More tests will possibly be added later.

Current time to run the test is about 7 minutes on a P90. 

Running the test:
=================
To run the test, you can just run the batch file c:\qtzvtst\runtest.bat 
or if you want more control.

1)  Run c:\qtzvtst\WMTST.EXE.
2)  Select File.Load Profile and open c:\qtzvtst\disptst.pro.
3)  Click the Play button to run the test.

You can add and remove tests by selecting Tests.Select Tests.
