run Msjdec96.exe in an empty directory.

You can find Msjdec96.exe, a self-extracting file, on these services:

     On the www.microsoft.com home page, click Support.
     Click Search the Knowledge Base.
     In box 1, select "Any Product."
     In box 2, type "kbfile and Msjdec96.exe" (include the word "and" but
     do not include the quotation marks).
     Click Next.
     Open the article, and click the file name to download the file.
     NOTE: You may need to scroll the article to find the file name.

 - Internet (anonymous FTP)
      ftp ftp.microsoft.com
      Change to the Softlib/Mslfiles folder
      Get Msjdec96.exe

      On the Edit menu, click Go To, and then click Other Location
