STEP TO INSTALL ============== Download the compressed update file for your specific issue. Select the appropriate files as indicated by the following list: FAX gateway FAXGY2K.EXE MHS gateway MHSGY2K.EXE X400 gateway X400GY2K.EXE 1. Download appropriate file to a temporary location on the servers local hard drive. 2. Unzip the file by typing the file name of the self-extracting archive at the command prompt with the -d option. Example: The command to extract the External update is FAXGY2K -d. 3. To update ensure that the Microsoft Gateway to be updated is not running. 4. Rename the current file's extension (EXE or GLB) to BAK and replace with the updated version. 5. Restart the Microsoft Gateway component.
