Description of fixes:

- fix session establishment problem with OS/400 V3R1.

- support 5250 NEWLINE (shift-enter key combination).


Applying the update:

SNA Server Windows 3.x 5250 applet:

- Stop the SNA Server 2.1 Windows 3.x 5250 applet

- Save the original 2.1 5250 applet files mentioned above.

- Copy the above files to the client workstation, using the
  paths mentioned above.

SNA Server Windows NT 5250 applet:

- Stop the SNA Server Windows NT 5250 applet

- Save the original 2.1 5250 applet files mentioned above

- Copy the client files to the client workstation:

    copy I386\WIN5250.EXE  <snaroot>\SYSTEM\WIN5250.EXE
    copy I386\SNASRV.EXE   <snaroot>\SYSTEM\SNASRV.EXE
    copy I386\NLS.DLL      <snaroot>\SYSTEM\NLS.DLL

SNA Server MS-DOS client:

- Stop the SNA Server MS-DOS client software

- Save the original <snaroot>\INITRTR.EXE

- Apply the updated version and restart the machine
