In Control Panel, double-click Date/Time. 2. Set the time to 11:59:55 PM. 3. Set the date to anything (for example, July 1, 1998). 4. Click Apply. 5. Perform the following three actions in 5 seconds: a. Set the year to 1999. b. Set the month to 7. c. Set the day to 1. 6. Set the clock to 11:59:55 PM and then click Apply. After 5 seconds, the clock advances to 7/3/1999 rather than 7/2/1999. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this problem, obtain the following fix or wait for the next Windows NT service pack.
