SYMPTOMS
========

The Convlog.exe file, provided with Internet Information Server (IIS) 3.0,
incorrectly converts dates after the year 2000.

CAUSE
=====

A function that converted the date string to an integer contained a logic error.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0. For
additional information, please see the following article in the Microsoft

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Information Server 3.0.
This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a.
