Offset = 16bf4 in Afd.sys The system event log reports the following error message: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck... CAUSE ===== Afd contains an improper Irp handling routine. RESOLUTION ========== Obtain the fix mentioned below or wait for the next Windows NT service pack. This hotfix has been posted to the following Internet location. You can download any of these self-extracting files from the following service: - Internet (anonymous FTP) ftp ftp.microsoft.com Change to the Bussys/Winnt/Winnt-public/Fixes/Usa/NT40/Hotfixes- postSP1/Afd-fix folder. Get Readme.txt (for instructions on downloading the hotfix). STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows NT version 4.0, Service Pack 1.
